      I see now it excludes pharmacy only medicines- which is like 90% of non supplement non make up anyways

      Browser. I can see the event in shopback. I even applied for a missing cashback and got rejected. The purchase was within 10 minutes of the visit.

        Came here looking for if anyone has issues in tracking and cashback claim with shopback.
        I went through the same.
        I only made a purchase because of the 50% cashback bonus, otherwise it comes out expensive than other places.
        It showed click was tracked, but no purchase. When submitting the missing cashback, they responded saying the missing cashback was caused by a tracking gap on their system and it's on them, and they have submitted it to the internal validation queue, and will send an email about the outcome.

        Never received an email, so went in an checked and it has been rejected, though I submitted the receipt and everything with timestamp showing it was during that tracked click, they simply rejected it and didn't sent an email.

    Make sure you disable any ad blockers as those prevent the tracker from working. It might be device level, or router level blocking it.
