      I just checked on my app and delivery is 99cents but crossed out and free, fees are $1.50 so only costs $1.50
      Of course others will probably have different delivery fees depending on distance, not sure why mines free

    Pick one up on our way past at 10:15. No way it's worth $15 but a nice freebie. It's about the size of 2 rolls per heart but seems to be heavy on the avocado in the ones we got.

    The receipt says $15 so you don't look like too much of a cheapskate when you collect your free sushi 😂

    Expect to see delays, ordered at 10am for pickup at 10.30, the app keeps pushing the orders out by 5 min each time. They must be struggling with demand

      Btw the taste wasn't the best, appearance wise was good but honestly not expect to pay $15 for these! No wasabi or soy sauce provided either. 6/10

    Anyone tried 2 different shops? I had 2 in my cart from different locations while I decided where to pick up from, and the other is still saying free. I know it’s one per person, so not sure if I want to risk being charged retrospectively 😂

    Got some for my mother (and myself, hehe) but unfortunately it was a bust for us - fish was baaaaaad. Like seriously off.

    Delivered from St Pierres Sydenham, Chch. One tuna and one salmon. Both packs arrived hot (not warm, not cold, hot), tasted super racid, and were gag inducing to both me and my mother.

    My partner tried some and just said "No".

    I'm guessing they made them last night and left them out unrefrigerated tbh. Feels like a (profanity) up.

      They're not allowed to pre-make food. I think the only acceptable thing would be pre-making the rice, e.g., putting the rice in the rice cooker, leaving it overnight, having a preset time on it so it cooks an hour before the first staff member arrives at the store…
      but yeah that sounds yuck as definitely should bring it up with the manager of the store.

          Okay maybe “not allowed” was the wrong wording. More that it defeats the whole point of fresh sushi. Sure, you can make sushi the night before and eat it the next morning, but it’s noticeably less fresh, avocado oxidises, chicken dries out, the texture changes, etc. And if freshness is basically their whole brand/slogan, pre-making it too far in advance kind of contradicts that.

    Ordered 2 of the katsu chicken, one on my account and then my partners. I had to wait like 15 minutes in store as I think they were getting a few DoorDash orders. Great Mother’s Day gift for her and also my mum. Great freebie giveaway.

        Got from Lynnmall today, less salmon slices (2) than the one from Newmarket Westfield yesterday (4).
