  • Is the click and collect working?
    Item shows that you should be able to use click n collect in checkout but it’s not showing the location on zip codes.

    • When you click on a size, it says: Available: Online Only

        Says in deal description "Not available in-store"

        • After you pick a size and you go in the delivery section of the deal it still says click n collect is available.
          Click n collect is not in store shopping, you’re shopping online and picking it up at that place.

          So technically they should honor it, but probably won’t do that. Either way I had to go with delivery.

  • Are they true to size?

    • They have a button there you can click "What's my size?". You then select a current branded shoe that you are wearing and the size, and it'll advise you if the fit is similar.

  • Down to US6/8 for women, US12/13 for men, so going to expire deal.

    Just had my x2 shoe order cancelled which was ordered 22 mins after this was posted (the post had 2-3 likes on it). Size 9W sage, size 12M grey pair.

    I’d imagine I was one of the first to order.

    What a scam shop.

    They cancelled my order, but I ordered socks too so they sent those and charged me shipping which makes them a horrible deal… not impressed…

      I'd say you have a good reason to argue that this is breaching fair trading standards. You contracted to a reasonable shipping price for the value of the order, and then they've now changed the order and contract without giving you the option of cancelling. This makes the price of the delivery immensely disproportionate to the value of the socks.

      They're also required to ensure that their system is updated accurately with stock levels, and if it's not, might be in breach of the fair trading act (misleading).

        Ive had Postie do this to me before - I contacted the customer service team and said theres no way I wouldve ordered and paid for shipping for this one cheap item had the other deals not been available, and they refunded me no worries :)

      I still haven't received a cancellation email either for my one pair.
      Crossing my fingers that my order will still be delivered as it was a size 10 mens - same as @whoami above.
      The order is still in the processing stage though where it has been for a few days.

    The latest from their live chat:

    At the moment, the warehouse is a bit delayed with the Club 85 shoes orders. This is beyond our control, and we are trying our best to have these orders packed, as we have a backlog due to the sale of these shoes.

    We currently do not have an estimated date. However, our team is working on pushing through the orders for dispatch ASAP. Once packed, you will receive tracking information via email.

    I ordered 4 pairs of shoes (2x mens 2x womens.)

    2 of them were shipped from Auckland (Westgate) and arrived fine.
    Other 2 have shipped from Aussie and are on the way.
