      I haven't seen anything explicitly saying but im in mount albert and usually am in zone. I think it is areas around mount eden.

      Do you know if it would only show up if I'm in the delivery zone? I'm in Sawyers Bay, don't see anything for Whittakers.

      I got that too, should be able to get it reversed because it should have been free. I have heard the aame from staff and theyre refunding the two bucks

      Just placed an order in Christchurch, $2 service fee was showing alongside the $7.99 delivery fee but they were followed by Whittakers deal -$9.99, total $0.00. Hopefully they’ll refund you.

    "Free", typical lies/BS from Whittaker's. Probably a breach of FTA to be perfectly honest.

    What more can you expect from price gouging ultra capitalists, I guess? Still paid them and Delivereasy the bloody $2 service fee like a chump.

    This is the kind of issue that stops me using Delivereasy for regular meal ordering too, I've had so many tech issues with them that I've never had with Uber, Doordash etc.

        I think it's a genuine glitch so they probably will!

        Still sent them a cheeky email claiming a breach of the FTA and kindly asking for a refund, though. Lol

    Mine also had a $2 service fee but I went back to try and add more details to my address (wanted to add building floor etc if it allowed but it didnt), then at checkout the $2 service fee was removed.

    Mine was $0, it was initially showing up as a $2 delivery fee but i refreshed and it was $0. Very weird though!

    I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent order placed as part of the Whittaker’s free promotion. I was unexpectedly charged a service fee, which I believe should not apply to this offer. Other customers who participated in the same promotion were not charged any service fee, and the promotion was advertised as free.
    As this charge appears unfair and inconsistent with the promotional terms, I kindly request a refund of the service fee applied to my order. I value your service and hope this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably.

    Was charged the $2 service fee at 10am. Saw comments here that it had been updated to free. Chatted to Hannah in the online chat and she refunded me. Refunded straight away.
