Found this deal at Farmers, I haven't purchased this myself but should be able to get 10% off with Briscoes pricematch bringing it down to $585.

I think this comes down to about $600 or so at Noel Leeming and JB HIFI sometimes if you can hold out!
Might want to check those dates and reconsider. The chances that anything reaches the same prices that were seen even a year ago is getting less and less. Inflation and greed are at all time highs.
Briscoes currently have the Sunbeam machine half price but not the Breville. I do expect the Breville will end up on sale some time.
@Johno1234: The brevilles cheapest price has always been at briscoes with a price match I believe (except that one time they did a wild sale?).
Most stores won't sell much lower than $600, the first and last time it was $550 was 18/07/2025 at Noel Leeming. But prior to that the lowest it would hit was $575 and the last time it got that low was 01/10/2024.
So yeah, if you're looking to pick this one up "cheap" but also new, then price matching for $585 might be worth jumping on. $50-80 more in savings isn't very significant when you're already paying this much and the risk that it will never go much lower anyway.
@doubledippps: Yes, that is the specific time I mentioned it was at it's lowest ever point (excluding what was likely a pricing mistake from Breville directly):

You likely price matched at briscoes.
I've had mine for about a year and feel like the grinder is a limitation in stepping up your coffee prep. Certainly a good all in one but I'd love to know if others felt the same?
What has been your issue with the grinder?
My extraction looks great but the taste doesn't seem to land. 1 +/- dial change seemed to change the result quite drastically too so I feel like I lose a bit of control in adjusting. It's just a theory, I've been thinking of getting a standalone grinder to test this theory
Try changing the grind settings on the burrs themselves. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=c7Xqxrnrjwk
This should give a finer degree of adjustment when making changes with the dial on the side.
The beans you use play a big part. Try L'affare beans and don't store them in the grinder container. Keep them in the bag sealed up well when not in use, and measure out what you need, then put in and grind enough beans only for each individual brew.
These are great machines. We have had one for 12 years now doing a minimum of 2 cups per day but usually more like 3 or 4 or more.
The only thing we have had to do apart from routine maintenance is replace the seal for the group head. The plastic bit that holds the portafilter under the grinder is now starting to crack but so far is still holding in there.
Definitely recommend this machine for longevity.
I wouldn't expect the current models to be made as solidly as one from 12 years ago
Great machine.
I find the hot water discharge into the tray does discolour and warp the gray plastic tray.
