Honestly, if you are looking to home theatre, buy it from the likes of Kef, Mirage, B&W. Or second hand speakers and sun from HiFi brands with a decent AVR.
To be honest the samsung q990 is not too bad. I downgraded from 5.1 system which retailed for >$40k because we couldn't have huge speakers in the lounge anymore. At normal volume level the system sounds ok and the dialog sounds reasonably good. I'm happy with it.
