  That 50" is probably not great, but can anyone recommend anything better for the price? Looking to replace my parents' eight year old Panasonic 49" which is on the way out.

    Probably all about ease of navigation than quality at that point. I upgraded my parents old 65" with a google chromecast and it has added another 5 years of life onto it thus far

      You make a good point. I already have them setup with a FireStick so the experience won't change. I ended up grabbing one after having a quick look at what else was around.

  I'm looking to buy a washing machine/dryer combo and the post discount price is almost $100 more than Harvey Norman who have a 10% voucher deal at the moment (Noel Leeming has similar but not quite the same).

  I tried the WhatsApp live chat which glitched then switched to text and they just gave the discount codes from above. I said it still ends up more expensive and they suggested trying the shop app for 10% off first order. I opened the shop app and there are only 12 laundry items on it total, not including the one I wanted. They couldn't help any further.

  Nah it doesn't. I googled and apparently they only do select product lines on the app for some reason.

  Edit: ahaha god Samsung online experience honestly sucks. So glitchy and broken.

  I managed to find it through another menu which took me to an equivalent of the online webstore within the shop app, added to cart and got the 10% off applied automatically, and was able to add the other two codes.

  On my computer cheapest price = $3599. Now on the app = $3239.10.

    i bought the last tv that was on special here. replaced an old tv with nvidia shield, my other tv is google tv.

    honestly no issue with Tizen, have shield on hdmi 1 and use that for iptv, otherwise tv has youtube and stremio

    have lg tv at work and find their os way worse

    Most people in the budget range can't afford OLED when its 3-5x more expensive so it's a moot comparison point.

      That's not what I'm saying. Their oleds are great, but for the rest of their range there are better tvs out there by other brands.

  Also, looks like these don't have an audio out at all if you want the sound via your home receiver/stereo. These are only 50Hz refresh rate, not 100.
