  • Hi, can the 100% cashback for HelloFresh be applied when using a new user deal or code?

    • I'd like to second this. HelloFresh often automatically applies codes as special reactivation offers. Are these fine to use, or do we have to manually disable them? In most cases, the code discount often outweighs that of the cashback.

    • A few weeks ago I got my hellofresh cashback tracked and then they rejected the offer. Either because of the new user deal or because I cancelled after my first delivery. Apparently I cancelled too late and they charged me $100 for a new box. I also added an extra meal when I was changing meals - I didnt realise I was paying more….Anyway I fought them and ended up getting refunded. So I paid $60 for 12 meals over 2 boxes :D

So I never pursued the rejected cashback as I received most of my money back

  • Temu Terms and conditions

This challenge entitles you to $10 bonus Cashback when you make a transaction at Temu with a minimum spend of $30 through ShopBack between 20 October 2025 6PM to 20 October 2025 10PM.

Only orders made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus Cashback.

Limited to one bonus per customer at their first purchase at Temu via ShopBack.

    Available while redemptions last.

The $10 bonus Cashback is in addition to the

regular Cashback you'll receive ordering at Temu. The $10 bonus will be added to your account once your regular Cashback turns Confirmed.

    • Purchases that do not count towards this challenge are those which do not meet the store's respective terms and conditions (including but not limited to cancellations, returns, exchanges, using unapproved coupons, and purchasing excluded

    products/categories).

Cashback will be voided if any fraudulent activities are detected or if any terms and conditions are not met.

ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions and terminate the offer at any time without prior notice

So this is not even close to as good a value as the 70% cashback deal that they regularly have?

      • -2

For $30 spend, It's an equivalent to 33% cashback capped at $10 … plus any existing cash back on top.

So if you were maxing out the 70% cash back at $10 then this deal is actually more because it's $10 and you get the usual rate of cashback on top of that.

        • I don't think this is "more". The other cashback gives you 70% back upto $30 , so that means you can shop up to a total of 50ish smth (incl. tax) and get back 30, efffectively making your total around $20 - $22.

This one only seems to give back 10, on a 30 purchase, effectively making your total $20 (a 15% cashback on top does not seem to be much). Whereas if you had the 70% deal, you'd only be out $9.

@TheWiseOne: ahh ok i thought it was capped at $10, i couldn't remember. I think the offers are all still pretty good as long as you are not buying junk. Temu is destroying our environment, all the bday goody bags from my kids bday parties are full of disposable plastic junk toys.

Hopefully the 70% cashback isnt a thing of the past as historically shopback would always show an upcoming 70% cashback promo in there upcoming deals on the app - currently just up to 75% or up to 100%. Previously the 70% deal was listed on there as often as once or twice a month. The last Temu purchase\s were on the 1st October with the 70% cashback, I will be concerned around the 1st November!

    Thanks for posting

T&C - "Limited to one bonus per customer at their first purchase at Temu via ShopBack."

So this is for new customers only? - It's not clear to me.

Additionally i see - must spend $30, must activate the challenge before the purchase, must purchase between 6 and 10pm?

Sorry for the late reply! It’s not just for new users though. You just need to click “Join Now” before buying, spend at least $30, and shop between 6–10pm to get the $10 bonus 👍

I hate to be that guy but I have never had problems with tracking over 5 temu pirchases until the last two 60% didn't track. Logged a ticket but two weeks later still no human acknowledgement.

    This is getting rediculous.

I feel that we should start blocking these due to the sheer volume.

    • If your TEMU order does not track, you're basically screwed. Temu send an automatic DECLINE notice thru to Shopback for every missing claim it seems, and Shopback can't do anything about it.

      • Well I suppose the one thing Shopback could do is stop promoting them until a better process is in place. But its a numbers game I suppose and the Temu kickback for Shopback is probably of the nature that they don't want to kick the hornets nest - so easier to just keep playing the game and keep the companies happy and suck up the heat from the users.

      • If it fails to track you can return all the items in the order free in 1 return attempt providing they are unopened etc. In such cases where you are chasing tracking I wouldn't touch the temu stuff until it's tracked.

  • If My Temu order has 10 item. I request refund for 3 items. Is my order still eligible for a cash back? Has anyone tried to partial refund and still receive the partial cashback? Thanks

    • Does it meet the minimum requirements after your cancellation?

      • This question is for my previous order with Temu 70% cashback offer, not this $10 cashback with $30 minimum spend. So no minimum spend applied.

Hey hey 👋 If you’ve only refunded a few items, no worries — you’ll still get Cashback for the rest that weren’t refunded. It’ll just be adjusted (prorated) based on what you actually kept 👍

If the whole order was refunded though, then Cashback won’t apply.
