Hi @gotyourback as for Temu, it says Capped at $30 PER order - does it mean we can have separate mutiple orders and still get the 70% cashback?
If yes, I have an issue before with Shopback last Sept 11 (same situation, 70% cashback capped $30 per order) - I did 3 separate orders but only 1 got confirmed. The other 2, Shopback keeps on rejecting my report missing cashback.
I've never tried multiple before I just assumed it was one order max to avoid cheesing the system

DO NOT CLICK ONE CLICK PAY, MAKE NEW ORDER and rinse and repeat , one time i did 11 orders like this !!!!!
Right so temu says per order but chemist warehouse says per user per DAY so they are vastly different
It sounds like you had multiple temu orders so based on their terms I'd expect multiple cashbacks.
Shopback rejected my dispute tho. I don’t know what to do. Their chatbot is not helping as well. I want a real customer service person to look my concern
Did you restart the process each time from shopback, and not use the add to order thing but start a new cart for each order?
I made sure to do both of those, and I use afterpay on there and it seems that all have tracked ok. For some reason all the items track separately so I have to manually add them all up and see how close I got to the $30.
First go round I even started in an incogneto window and logged into shopback, then logged into temu so I knew for sure it had no cookies shared with the last orders, but friends told me that was not needed, just starting from shopback each time.
@richms: I think so. I just did the 1st order half an hour ago, was thinking for the 2nd order later in afternoon.
Then why are you upvoting posts about shopback? Every time this shit gets posted people complain in the comments about disputes or no payment and yet it's always being upvoted.
@chunder: Do you have a problem with shopback? I've withdrawn $220 and my wife has done $300 without any issues. We strictly only buy things we'd normally buy eg toothpaste and deodorant, body soap from chemist warehouse. Plus the referral bonus, it's totally worth it.
Per order, so yes, multiple orders should be tracked individually up to $30.
In saying that I've had an issue where two orders have been seperate but shipped together, and the second order doesn't track.

If your purchase is X dollars:
X * 0.85 = Y
Y * 0.70 = Z
Z is how. Much you get back. It's not difficult maths.

If you want to remove GST (15%) you need to divide by 1.15
Or you can multiple by 1/1.15 ; which is approximately the same as * 0.87 (0.869565217)
Multiplying by 0.85 won't remove GST from something.
For example $100 + GST = $115
$115 / 1.15 = $100
$115 * 0.85 = $97.75
$115 * 0.87 = $100.05

@pedrolewisnz11: It works that way for me. I got cashback of order total * 0.7/1.15 (free shipping). There is no mystery. :-)
0.7/1.15 = ~61% cash back.

Did this the other day, also previously. Have done multiple orders for Temu to get the maximum cash-back I can. Had been paid successfully before, should work fine in my experience.
Did you have a huge time gap before proceeding with other orders? Or you purchased the 2nd right away after the 1st transaction?
Last go I was smashing thru them as it was gettng close to midnight. All tracked ok that I can see.
If you buy via the shopback app on your phone, order then close the app. Then do another purchase, I have never had in issue. I tend to only shop online via Shopback these days. This year I am sitting a Just over $700+
anyone noticed some items offer a time limited discount and that allows temu to reject your cashback.
Are you just assuming that?
T&C states You wont recieve cashback on:
Any giftcard or voucher redemption
Purchases made with vouchers or promo codes
Other loyalty programmes unless otherwise stated
A limited time discount is none of those things.
The limited-time discount is presented as a coupon for that item and in the invoice it is presented as a promotion deduction. I have had shopback ops telling me that the rejection is because of the promotion discount in the invoice.
The limited-time discount is not something that we can opt out.

@Dunno: Normal store discounts and time-limited promos are fine for Cashback ✅. Only external promo codes, vouchers, or gift cards are excluded. If it doesn’t track, just pop in a missing Cashback claim 🙌.

Bought some perfume at Chemist Warehouse via Shopback a few months back and didn't receive any cashback. Submitted a support request and never heard back. Pointless website.

Not aware of an exclusion list and I did not enter any promo codes. But it was my first purchase with the browser extension.
I did. I am guessing its because i tried to redeem twice last time. Both orders tracked but the 2nd orders cashback was soon after declined. I managed to redeem twice the first time the single limit was put in place.
I got that, 1st time ive ever seen it and didnt use any coupon or buy anything from the exclusion list. Probably just CW trying another way to rip me off so may just not pick up my order and wait for a refund. F them

Mine tracked this morning but there's a warning icon that says it may be rejected… Ordered through shopback app around 12.10pm if it helps.
