The offer is targeted. There's lots of FB sponsored giveaways like this where you can only sign up if it pops up in your feed. Even though you can copy the post link you can only view the link if it was offered to you.
The form will be a Facebook form and not a form on an external website.

It was Hokey Pokey and for me personally, I wouldn’t buy it. I found it difficult to get the right consistency even with 3 teaspoons.
