Anyone else encountered cashback tracking missing from last 70%? I had two missed checkouts, click through recorded but not purchase. Followed all usual precautions, no ad blockers. clean new session of browser, click through from Shopback with extension etc

Reordered and turned out to be $2 cheaper lol. So now I have $2 credit in my account.
EDIT: oh hang on, does this mean it won't track since I use credit now?
If I have $20 credit on my account, do I need to have a total of $70 (instead of the usual $50 ish) to get the full cash back?
I'm confused as it says total $30 at checkout, so will shopback only see it as my full order total was $30? And therefore I'll only get back $21 ish?
Yes I'd say so, but you can choose to not apply any credit to an order during checkout phase.
Is anyone else getting the ‘Sorry, only new users can get this coupon’ when entering the site via the ShopBack app? I’m assuming by ‘coupon’ they are referring to an actual coupon and not the ShopBack.
