  Hi @GotYourBack.

  I notice in your iOS app that you now show a calendar of upcoming upsizes for stores you deal with which is a great idea if it worked.

  However, throughout last week the app was showing an upcoming 30% Cashback upsize for PetStock starting on Monday 18th August through to Friday 22nd August so I held off on my purchase until this week only to find the 30% upsize had disappeared for PetStock and is now only showing 2% :(

  Why would the app show an upcoming upsize only for it to disappear when it is due to start?

  If you're gonna shop on Temu, please ONLY do it via the Shopback App.

  I usually shop via the app but this month I used a (totally clean, no adblock etc) browser on my PC for my Temu orders, not one tracked and after putting in a missing claim for each, they were ALL rejected too.

    This is a thing. A month later I'm still waiting on more than ten Temu orders to be worked out that were placed through ShopBack app. The app said tracking. The orders either did not track or were rejected with no reason given.

        They were separate orders placed of the day of the deal being posted.

        And yes, I have been in touch a number of times with a generic copy and paste reply.

  No point in using agoda cashback. I looked at a hotel in october, without shopback it was $290 and then when i click on shopback and look for the same hotel it is now $330. Please be mindful

    We totally get this is frustrating. Just to confirm, this isn’t something ShopBack controls — Agoda uses dynamic pricing that can vary based on where you’re visiting from (device, location, etc).

      Same thing happened to me on Trip.com. Same device, time, location, etc. I usually browse the website directly and then use ShopBack when I have found something I like, but it is annoying when the price goes up after clicking through ShopBack. Sometimes it is cheaper to forego the Shopback and book directly for hotels.

        Thanks for sharing your experience. We know it’s really frustrating when the price seems to jump right after clicking through ShopBack. Just to clarify, the price itself is controlled by the merchant , in this case, Trip.com and can shift depending on things like how and where you’re browsing.

  Hey OP, my chemist warehouse purchase wasnt tracked months ago, did everything requested and just got denied saying there was no purchase. I have the product, the receipt, and the bank statement. Your chatbot just goes around in circles, how do i talk to a human?

  Also let me know who's at fault, you or chemist warehouse, because I want to know which to boycott and steer friends and family away from
