@FiveOneFive: yea it does on the green one, the black says a 865, the purple is nothing. all the other info online from retails says Dimensity 7025
Moto phone has good value in terms of hardware specs, but after 7 months of my moto edge pro 50, i had enough with their faulty buggy software. Sometimes i tried to log into my work profile, it keeps saying password not correct, many people on internet experience this kind of bugs. Not worth it, bought a samsung s25, unbeatable.
From what I can find:

S25 1300nzd , so 2x more expensive
find some cheapo trade ins and vouchers, I got mine for 600
have the same phone it keeps saying liquid detected in port, tried so many things and after reboot sorts it…
the camera is so slow too. absolute bargain for the money but if you have an extra $700 its worth getting a better phone.
For this model (Moto g55 5G, AU retail) the official line is that it will receive Android 16 and security updates will stop "on" September 2028.
And this is why I'd only go Samsung. Least they provide proper support for their phones.

got my Motorola Moto g54 last year off amazon for $218nzd almost same specs this phone but mine has 256gb storage and 8gb ram
