I recommend screeshoting the offer, and order total before the order is completed from now on.
My order had the Spend $40 - Save $20 on Groceries but was available twice. So naturally I did 2 orders…
On completion, the second order got rid of the offer, and charged me full price.
Order Total: $50.10
Order Charged: $26.05 (after delivery fees etc)
Now they claim i owe $24.05? Not happening! Sadly cant place an order until ita resolved too 😞

I guess it said once but if you did both orders before the first order was completed/charged(ie why the coupon wasn't deactivated)? That would likely be why.

I still can't get rid of the stan membership from that other deal posted months back.
I managed to remove via Support, though it took a lot of effort and multiple different agents. Ask for the membership to end on today’s date, and to be fully removed off the account (not just cancelled).
I signed up to this today not thinking, but I really needed it all of November and December when I go overseas. Do you reckon they would remove it so I can sign up for it later on?

Thanks, I applied the trial and then cancelled straight away, it's still showing as active until 15th November
I got rid of my membership at the end of last month and said the reason was I hadn't saved enough - it said I had saved over $700… a few days later they gave me another month for free LOL.

Yeah, I made a ticket and explained twice that I wanted that one removed. They removed it and I claimed this without issue.
