      Well the app says $15 max per item, not per order so I’m not sure what I can do about that other than request they honour what they have advertised

        Update - ShopBack so far are refusing to honour it. I have threatened disputes tribunal and will be taking this route if they refuse

          @bubbles: Good call. It clearly stated 50% Cashback, ,up to $15 per item. I know its not ideal, but the fact is, that they posted about it, there should be a level of accountability since the even advertised it

  I would assume the per item is wrong given it also says capped at $15 and theres not going to be many $30+ items people are buying…

  It's not good enough with shopbacks slow support when this kind of issue comes up but I think people are going to get caught out here.
