    For those having issues re shopback/cashback.

    Get a new browser and put ZERO extensions on it, eg not a single ad blocker.. no nothing.. and use that only for cashbacks.

    Have never had a single problem since doing that, even thou the others had all the adblockers disabled etc they still got blocked by it somehow.

      Even when I have had issues, manually reporting the cashback has resolved it every time (and good because it's in your account way quicker vs. the usual process with the likes of TEMU)

    For anyone wanting to see what’s on offer I’ve uploaded the catalogue here.

    It’s a 40 page zip file and hi res to make it easy to read, so about 40 Mb.

        This is what the store rep said in one of the other post "For the Chemist Warehouse offer, a new user is someone who has a ShopBack account but hasn’t yet had any cashback tracked from Chemist Warehouse. So if you’ve created a ShopBack account and haven’t made a qualifying purchase from CWH yet, you'll be considered a new user for this offer.

    It says its uncapped but the t&c’s mention a $10 cap. Is this an error in the t&c’s?

      That's a typical Shopback doggy behaviour. Have come across similar things a few times in the past. Never happened with other cashback sites.

    @fuzzfighter Might want to update the heading "Up to 20% CB" i.e. 20% for new customers vs 10% for existing customers limited to $10 per user.

    I followed all the required steps and made a $60 purchase from Chemist Warehouse today at 3:30 PM. While I can see the click activity recorded under my account, the cashback has not yet tracked. Could you please advise how long it typically takes for cashback to appear? I just want to ensure everything was tracked correctly.

        From my experience, the CW cashback will either get tracked within three hours or need a manual lodgement after three days.
