Will be interesting if that is how long you have to add the voucher to your account, or how long the credit is actually valid for. Otherwise I guess I'm buying something in the next fortnight :D
looks like they didn't update the email template so once they email the voucher I still get the following:
Terms & Conditions
Credit vouchers expire 3 months from date of purchase. Credit vouchers can’t be used to pay for shipping on an order. The Credit voucher amount is applied as credit to the recipients Onceit account.Three months seems a lot more reasonable than 14 days. Once you get the voucher and add to your account it will be interesting to see what the expiry is.
Mine turned out to be 6 months!
🤣🤣🤣🤣used my credit on my account I had $30 cost $10 so came down to $20 left but gained $20 voucher so pretty much gained $10 credit free thanks op
Never seen it allow this before!
Same happened to me. I had $10 account credit (added from my Diamond Club membership perk) which automatically applied at checkout, essentially getting me the $20 voucher for “free”.
Of course you post this today. Was going to buy something from Onceit this morning but thought, bugger it, buy it from Trade Me instead.
Always the way!
If you're buying on multiple accounts, make sure you use a different credit card.
I had a credit cancelled previously for this reason - frustrating as it was a genuine purchase on my partners accountI don't personally recommend it - but I had some of those on my inbox that I have forgotten past the due date and when entering the code, it was still accepted. Happened more than once (my brain is a minefield) and I never had a credit denied.
I just wish you could have the option to not use your credit sometimes, but hey.
Note that it states a 14 day validity now on the voucher - not 3 months as per previous vouchers.
