  Does the gift card have to be for precisely $25? I just bought a $50 card, but it's showing in the app that I still have $25 to go to complete the challenge

      Just to clear things up, you need to spend $25 or more on any gift card to get the $5 bonus for the challenge. But remember, only purchases made after clicking "Join Now" from the "Earn More" or challenge page will count for the bonus Cashback.

        I joined the challenge and bought a $50 door dash few hrs later and now after a few hrs of buying the voucher the challenge is still saying $25 to go.
        How long does it take to update?

            I joined the challenge and then bought a $50 gift card, and also confirmed it all with the help bot, which told me it'll be sorted. But the challenge still hasn't tracked and I never got the $5.

              @Huntakillaz: Its odd, my $5 bonus challenge appears in history(app>earn more>history>skipped) as 'skipped' despite a $50 GC purchase.

              It says "competition was too strong" whatever that means.

                @Dunno: Yeah that happens when it's not tracked. But i had checked with the Bot Nat and she said that the Challenge Status is "OPTED_IN" then i gave her the order ID to link it too, it seems she linked them but now I'm not sure.

    @LuckyB Great question! For the Agoda 12% Cashback offer, your Cashback will be confirmed 90 days after your trip takes place. So, even if your payment is scheduled for next year, the Cashback will be tracked and confirmed once your trip has been completed and the 90-day period has passed.😊

    Yes, you can definitely buy two different cards with a total value of $25 and still get the Cashback! Just make sure to join the challenge first before making the purchase to ensure it qualifies.
