    Does anyone know what it means by “you won’t get cashback on renewed subscriptions”? If I haven’t ordered anything on HelloFresh for over a year, is that considered a renewed subscription and therefor this promo is not valid? Thanks!

      Hey @Brianna97! 👋Great question! “Renewed subscriptions” usually refer to ongoing or recently paused accounts that get reactivated. For HelloFresh, the cashback offer is valid for new customers or past customers whose accounts have been cancelled for over 6 months.

      So if you haven’t ordered anything in over a year, you should be all good to go and eligible for the promo! 🙌

        Upon clicking through to HelloFresh via ShopBack or clicking the $185 discount banner, the landing page's URL has keywords that make out the phrase ShopBack get up to $185 off first 5 boxes, discount for new and past customers, 12 months cancellation. This implies that this is only applicable to accounts that haven't ordered in over a year, which is opposed to what is mentioned in the offer, and in the terms of the ShopBack page as well.

        Likewise, my previous account has been inactive for more than 6 months but less than a year, which might be why the discount code HFSHOPBACK185 wasn't able to be applied to it. This left me confused about whether I would be eligible for cashback, as HelloFresh applied a random discount instead, saying the previous code wasn't eligible.

        Would appreciate some clarification on this.

      It's always been valid for me when using credit. I buy the gift cards through the app for 5% Cashback.
