Figured it out. I just had to select the shipping day with the shipping cost but cart shows $0 for shipping.

Can confirm, still working. Seems its not just free Oz and NZ shipping either. Just input my order to be delivered to a UK address on 9th, no payment required. I presume they will have the UK arm of Moonpig print and send from there.
