        At 1% and 0.7% no one would bother clicking thru ShopBack. Suggest you to keep the promotion for existing users exciting to keep us using it. Why would anyone bother clicking ShopBack to get 70cents back for $100 spent, I wouldn't. πŸ˜‚

          To qualify for the 100% cashback, both your DoorDash and ShopBack accounts need to be new.

          The cashback rate displayed in the app is based on your account status. So, if you're seeing 100% cashback, that means you're eligible as a new DoorDash customer. However, if you're seeing 0.7% upon landing on the DoorDash page, that means DoorDash recognizes you as an existing customer, and you'll only be eligible for the existing customer rate.

      I know they said it's for new users only, but the 100% cashback is still showing in the app for me with no wording anywhere that it's for new users.

      • Yeah I think this is super misleading, if I didn't spot the deal post here I would have thought its 100% and got 0.7%

      • Partner and i both had an account showing this too so we gave it a shot and both had it track at 100% ($10)- probably have 20+ door dash cash backs betwen both our accounts

    Purchase date: 29 NOV. 2024
    It has been tracked, with Confirmation date: 12 FEB 2025.
    Now 1 month passed the confirmation date and it is still "pending".

    I have raised a case about 3 weeks ago, and have provided the purchase invoice and delivery details, I have been following up on progress each week, but all I get told is to wait - feels like I am talking to a Bot as it's the same response each time!

    Every time I use Shopback, activate it, and purchase something, it never tracks my purchases correctly. Why is that happening?
    I ensure that I don't have any other extensions running, it's not running in incognito, and I make the purchase from the same tab. However, I keep having to file for missing cashback every time. Is there anything I'm doing incorrectly?

      βœ… Ensure cookies are enabled – Our system relies on tracking cookies to register your purchase.
      βœ… Avoid clicking on other links after activating ShopBack – If you visit another cashback/rewards site or click on ads before checkout, it may override our tracking.
      βœ… Complete the transaction in one session – Don’t leave the cart idle for too long after activating ShopBack.
      βœ… Use the ShopBack app or extension – Sometimes, tracking works better when you shop directly via the ShopBack app or browser extension.

  • My last Temu order unfortunately did not get tracked. Still awaiting response from shopback. I already had cart loaded. To make it easy for the extension, I unloaded my cart one item at a time and reloaded with the same items and then made a purchase. Still did not track.

    What should I have done differently to make it work? And for existing temu users, what is the shopback percent today?
