the fees are 10% for non-dashplus members and 5% for dashplus members of total undiscounted value from memory
Some stores may price differently,
I've seen it on ubereats with hells/pizza hut/dominoes where switching to different stores sometimes give different delivery fees, promos and on the rare occasion prices,

Yeah same thing happens to me. On my homepage but promo code doesn't work in cart, happened with their previously offer too.
