          I did the same twice in-store. They tried to say no matching for online only stores, but the T&Cs do not say that.

    Don't forget Brother can cancel the cashback if you are profiting from this.

    1. If Brother considers that the Promotion is being used to commit fraud, is being used for purposes unintended by Brother (for example, the Claimant is able to profit from this Cashback), or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, Brother in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law may:
      a. invalidate any claim;
      b. disqualify any Claimant from participating in this and any future promotion; or
      c. modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

    Bugger, I think I've lost the receipt from HN.
    When claiming the cashback from Brother do you have to add details from the receipt (or scan it)?

      You do need details from the receipt such as the receipt number. You can return and purchase again or ask Harvey Norman to perhaps print another receipt/send an e-receipt
