    Well I wouldn't bother personally.

I never got my cash back from the last "Temu 100%" and when reported it was "investigated" I was told it was approved. And I still never got the Cashback. (Plus several other purchases never even showed).

I'll stick with the companies that actually process the cashback as claimed.

    • shopback 100% is not correct, my cashback is tracked at 10% first time instead of 100%
write mail number of times, later they confirm it is 100% and add 90% bonus, now the cashback is validated/confirmed at 10% and 90% bonus is still pending to validated/confirmed
writing since 15 days, they are saying we already validated 10% cashback
They are not reading the mail properly and writing the predefined mails

Hey @gotyourback - has the whole Shopback mail system been down for the last three days, or am I just consistently unlucky?

    • Hey @Slogan Our system is working fine - you can try sending a query directly to the support email at [email protected]

  • I haven’t used 100% temu cash back.
But rest of the cashback transactions has worked well for me. It takes few months to get confirmed. But after confirmation I’ve been able to take money out multiple times.

    • Yeah it's better to try out other retailers first for cashback to see if it tracks properly, before making that first initial purchase on Temu with the new member 100% cashback.

      My method is:

      1) Make a list of everything already in your cart in Notepad and then remove everything in your cart. Unfortunately Temu doesn't make it easy to populate a wishlist, so many people just add to cart and not checkout.
      2) Firewall off.
      3) Open a 'virgin' browser (e.g. MS Edge, or some developer version of Firefox or Chromium) with only the Shopback extension loaded, and with the settings set to "Clear all cookies on browser exit". Note if you also use a different cashback service (e.g. CashRewards) then download a different browser for that.
      4) Open the Shopback website first, and then activate the cashback from there. The Shopback extension should then say it's activated.
      5) Shopback will send you to Temu, so search for the items in your list. I find that searching by item ID doesn't work all the time (and neither does searching for the title) but searching the title is a more reliable method of finding the items in your list. If not then keep searching for related keywords until find the listing with the correct main thumbnail picture and/or price. Sometimes the same listing will have a different title so as to test for engagement, a bit like how a particular Youtube video can have different thumbnails to test for engagement. Look at the price and the main picture to confirm it's the listing that you're looking for.
      6) Do NOT allow the browser to open a new tab. Add items to your cart from the search results or "Quick Look" so you stay in the one and only tab that's open. If Temu opens a new tab, close it and do your shopping on the main tab.
      7) Add your listings to cart promptly and check out. Do not start browsing for other stuff as the cashback tracking is time-limited and might expire if you spend too much time on a website without buying anything.

      • Yup pretty much do the same process.
