I’m guessing it’s 55% for new TEMU customers only?

    • Correct! It will be 55% Cashback for new TEMU customers.

      • Is there a Cap for the new Temu customer?
It doesn't look like it for the 55%

but the banner in that page also says 30% off on over $39+capped at $25

    • 20% Existing 😭

Why does your link come from southerncanterburytoday.co.nz ?

  • Just out of curiousity when there is a cap is it per transaction or per promo? Can I make multiple orders during the promotional period to get multiple lots of $20 (using the Forever New and Shein examples above) or is it limited to $20 on that particular day?

    • For Temu - previously I was able to create multiple temu accounts, and each one would receive the full cashback on the same day.
Their most recent sale seems to have restricted this to once per shopback account.

      • I don't think you can get the Cashback on the same day, most likely just got it confirmed but you can withdraw it only after few months later

        • Sorry - I mean the full cashback was tracked, not paid out.

  • OP, I am curious. Do platforms like booking.com typically increase prices when using a ShopBack link to recover some of the margin lost to Cashback?

    • It could be, so better do more search around e.g. searching hotel price using google map, or in incognito mode, often you will find a cheaper price or similar instantly without waiting Cashback

    • maybe I not sure you will have to do some research

    • They don't increase the prices based on time. They have trackers similar to have shopback does. If you go via shopback you will have different pricing compared to if you go directly. It's quite complicated and hard to figure out sometimes.

Most of this things use cache on your browser along with tracking ip's so if you really want to compare use different browsers atleast or maybe different devices with different internet connections.

      • I didnt notice any difference when using shopback and not using it.
The booking sites are a real bugger to figure out what the 'real' price is. I ended up cancelling a booking.com to use agoda for the cashback. Had used booking with no shopback and the used agoda with it to get the 12%. Was same price on both and used different computers with fresh logins, and comparable to expedia.

Worth noting agoda and booking are owned by the same company.

      • Yes they don't increase the price but offer different discount via different channels/IPs/languages/websites which is deducted from their commission usually

They have done this way at least from the time when I worked for one of the main players many years ago

  • Just curious, how much money does Cheapies here have on Shopback waiting for a payout? I'm up to $200.

    • For me it's around $730+ between shopback & cashrewards. Not counting rakuten & other uk one as it might be less.

      • $700+ withdrawn.

    • $110.74.

      $108 withdrawn so far.

    • $632.

      $329 withdrawn.

Booking.com, Trip com, Nord VPN, Surfshark, Temu are the big ones.

    • $300 withdrawn
$250 pending mostly temu and food delivery stuffs

    • $40 ready to payout, $10 waiting

    • $851.31 Tracked $459.32 Withdrawn.
Dont have a problem at all.

  • What do you guys reckon is the best for cashback on flights ? I think Flightcenter is the highest I've seen at 2.5% ? Happy to take recommendations

    • ShopBack has a wide range of travel related Cashback offers from Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Flight Centre, just to name a few! Pro tip… we have also partnered with Trip.com from 21st - 23rd of each month for the time being. Keep an eye out for the deals!

  • Does it take quite a while to get the cashback? Also does it work for things that say are discounted/ on sale On temu? Thanks

    • Discounted and sale stuff is fine, got many that way and using coupons too $30 off $100 spend etc
Cash back is on the final cash amount you pay less taxes

Takes upto 4-6months, mostly about 5 months

      • Man that's a long time to wait…

        • use it as a savings account, money untouched

Wow, pretty dirty moves by shopback. Just logged into my account and saw that my cashback from the last amazon 30% boost orders which were originally tracked correctly and was set to confirm payment out in 2 weeks all changed to $0. That was around $60 of cashback they just decided to just randomly remove!

    • I had a big $100 removal like this recently (Temu). No email correspondence to explain it yet.

Hopefully the way I frequently check for the little price adjustments on my Temu orders didn't mess it all up. Lots of bogus items listed of $5 value and under now (my real items cost me a lot more) set to get cashbacks of a few cents, unless it's all just a glitch and put right.

      • sorry to hear about this @Wagner - Could you drop me a DM with your account details and we'll take a look at it

        • Why were they removed?

          • @Wakrak: I think my main problem was with a $200 item that Temu couldn't supply, and after that money was refunded, bigger-proportioned cashbacks didn't automatically shuffle down onto my less expensive items.

I don't know if the $45 cap for existing Temu users on Shopback's boosted cashback days is well-known, but the rep has cited that cap as being applicable to my order.
