      I just figured it, in that email you need to click on click to claim welcome reward and then the reward gets added.

    Did you have a card already , I was told to download the app to claim by scanning barcode
    Some stores are not participating they advised

      Yes they do need to scan the barcode (of your account) but not necessarily via the app. Can just be on the website: https://bakersdelight.co.nz/bakersclub/

          @Joe: I'm looking at it on the phone (on chrome) and just below your name (on the left) and your points (on the right), it says "Your loyalty card" and a barcode right below it, and then "Rewards" underneath this and so on.
