I don't think this is targeted as it says you can even create a new account and use the code. It doesn't seem to change cost of C&C and Delivery.

Coupon terms and conditions:

$10 off is available on purchases of $30 (before delivery or click and collect cost) or more and is available online or instore. To redeem this offer online you must be logged into your account on the website. If you don't have an account please create one or click forgot password to reset your account. Offer available Monday 18th December - Sunday 24th December and can redeemed online and in-store. Code must be applied at checkout and doesn't apply to previous purchases. Discounts exclude the purchase of gift vouchers. Personal shoppers only, trade not supplied. No phone or mail orders, no rain checks. If a refund is requested, we will refund you on a pro rata basis across all items that was purchased in the order. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with another coupon code.

        They usually don't stack except for times when they do offers like this (you can't combine the free shipping & the $10 off $50 from my post for example)

        Once your cart has at least $30 worth of product in it use your CHRISTMAS code.
        Then go and add the free shipping code.

        This is what your cart should look like as an example combining both codes.

    For anyone wanting to use this in-store here is an image of the email you can use.

    Having done this previously in-store:

    • Be prepared for the staff having no idea about a coupon!
    • Show them the email image and they should put it through for you.
    • They will likely ask for your account email or phone number so make sure you have created one beforehand.

      I have so many accounts I'm too afraid and too embarrassed to give out my mobile number in case they see I have 30 accounts 😅

        I only have one account with my actual mobile number which I use for when I go in-store. All my other accounts have random details.
        I have no idea how many accounts I have but it's more than 30!

  • But it doesn't look like they have a sale on at the moment, so it really only equates to 33.3% off something priced at $30. I wonder if they will have store wide discounts before christmas as in the past they have had 50% off storewide. .

      Briscoes don't have a sale? LOL. That's like saying grass isn't green and Winston loves Te Reo. Of course they have a sale. Just open their page and click on the sale tab at the right.

        They generally run their sales on Thursdays and over weekends, it's always been like this. There will be a few promotions that run outside of their normal cycle, but for the most part their stock will be at RRP during the week

        • I am guessing they also make sure that most of the time the product is sold at the normal non sale price. So that the amount of time it is on sale for is less than the amount of time it is sold at the regular price

      What are you trying to buy?

      I would suggest:
      1. Remove any coupons from your cart
      2. Empty your cart completely
      3. Add an item back into your cart and try applying the coupon.

      If this still fails then do then log out and try again but using incognito mode.
      I find incognito useful to rule out the website remembering anything I’ve entered previously and corrupting the cart.

  • Tried multiple times, value of cart is $30.98 before shipping etc, code isn't accepted. Tried incognito too :-(

          • @bigcheese: Yep tried logging in in a normal browser window and in incognito mode.

            Just tried a different browser and no luck there either.

            Haven't used the code before.
            Maybe it's store dependent?

              @c3rn: I'm really not sure.
              It's a nationwide offer, not store dependent. I can replicate your cart exactly including from the same store and apply the coupon.

              You could always go into store with copy of the offer and try it there.
              Alternatively try creating a brand new account.

              Other option is to phone them which I've done before.

  • I just created account. Logout / Login. Used different device but the code still not working :(

    • Created an account just now and used the code and it works fine for me (Another account)

  • The currently have up to 50% off so now is a good time to use the voucher before it expries
