Would they need to honour the order base on NZ law?
I didn't go crazy, just a couple pair of Chinos but I still want to know.Asked whether they need to comply with honoring the order. They replied:
"Although order confirmation emails do advise your order has been received, only the despatch email confirms the acceptance of your order."
Ordered 5 pants so far no email to say it will be cancelled.
