      Ordered when it was like 41 clicks, and I got the cancelation email. Think nobody is getting their orders :( no contact for a week, holding money, then offering $25 off full price items is so annoying :(

  I ordered mine on 01/11/23 and received this message:

  We've received your order and it is now being processed, once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking details. Please ensure the details below are correct as once dispatched we will be unable to amend any details..

  Waited patiently…

  Then received this one yesterday:

  This is a confirmation that your order has now been refunded.
  It may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
  We hope to see you again soon.

  There was no indication of why I was being refunded. Have emailed them back for more details.
  Poor customer experience.
