I had a similar experience, but the order seemed to be over the threshold, then items got removed but shipping never updated and still showed as free…

Generally about right, but more on the loose side than tight. For the reverse weave stuff at least.
Well, it is not as rosy as it seems. Many issues:
1. Some of the items, even though they are marked as Extra 40% off at checkout, do not seems to add the extra 40% when checking out.
2. I had added the discount code for $10 for $50. The final checkout price reflects the $10 discount. But when I press the "complete order" button, it says invalid discount code.
3. If you press the complete order again, it says the items cannot be send to NZ and remove them to continue.
What a waste of time!I also had the problem of invalid discount code for the $10 off $50' code.
I can confirm that the $10 off works with an Australian delivery address but not with an NZ one.
Got refunded for one of the reverse weave hoodies I ordered as it is out of stock, but the website is still showing it in stock and can be added to cart :/

Been 10 days and the order is still processing. Got a refund for 2 items. Pretty annoying.
It seems if you are a "member" (free to join), standard shipping cost is $0, which is pretty awesome!
