        that looks like an error, haven't see it cheaper than the current JB price anywhere. The TV only came out in May this year I think.

        Oh, you won't find it at 50% off in a store. That's the sort of price you can find people selling them at on trademe or FB marketplace though. A friend of mine recently got an LG C1 55" for $1400 used but in good condition.
