Potential price match with Bunnings: https://www.bunnings.co.nz/karcher-k-2-pc-naked-1-602-350-0_p0385673 to make it $110.5

Was thinking the same but it looks completely different even they both are K2, don't think Bunnings will price match

  • I've never heard of w2 model before.

  • I got this last year (from another Cheapies deal) and used it twice. It's OK. The foam cannon that came with mine kinda sucks. Other than that, the power pressure is strong enough to wash cars and not damage the paint, but there isn't an adjustable setting for the pressure and I don't think it's actually strong enough to wash concrete. YMMV.

    • thanks - I'm after a water blaster, but have been hanging out for a k3/k4/k5/k6 special or similar.

      • whats the cheapest K3 has beeen?

          • @ace310: Great price! Did you happen to see if they had any higher modes at Costco, like K4/K5/K7?

            • @gooblue: Sorry. Didn't check. They had k5 sometime back I guess. not sure

K3 has been 220 for basic model and around 250-280 for the model with the deck cleaner etc in the past 2 years based on a quick search. +/- price match options to beat.

I think K3 is fairly low end in terms of some of the parts. There are some internal differences between the models.

          • @kiwijunglist: I have k3 with deck bought from Mitre10 couple of years back when they had those $10 voucher deals. I think bought it for around $220-230 I think. No complains. Have used it 2-3 times to wash house, cleaned cement driveway, wooden deck and atleast once a month car wash. So far it hasn't missed a bit. Couple of friends used it as well. So all in all got money's worth. Couldn't justify the cost for anything higher.

You are right, k3 currently in Costco is not the same as k3 with deck which I have. Not sure what internal differences are, so might be worth looking at.

            • @ace310: I ended up getting a K4 compact from Supercheap Auto for $498 (price beat).

There are a couple K5’s new from Cash Converters for around $600-$650 too. Good price, but a bit more of a gamble
