      I used Members app on mine and wifes account and doesn't show the 10% voucher/code? Only a TV promo :-( How are other people still getting one?

      Also, the official pre-registering voucher code for $100 off doesn't work either, even if using that code first, it recognises it as a valid code but doesn't apply? I tried on another browser and also not logged on the Samsung site but still doesn't work grrr?

        Interesting that you don't see the code. Here is what I see in my Members app. Do you have any Samsung devices registered to your account? Just guessing but that could be a prerequisite to seeing the voucher.

      Wife's Flip4 hinge broke after 9 months. The hinge is so fragile and protection covers don't help at all. The warranty claim process was a pain.. Took almost 2 months. Here's us not learning and hoping it's improved.. Couldn't resist the massive discount with these codes..

        Thanks. This is what I fear going to happen. Especially with 2 toddlers that likes to throw things. Probably not a good idea to get something that's fragile then.

      Had a Fold 4 for about 6 months and then the internal screen stopped working. Hadn't been dropped or mishandled. Apparently it's a semi-common issue. Had it repaired within warranty, took about a week and a half. Going fine now.

      Had a z flip 3. Felt too fragile so got rid of it after just a couple weeks. And im super careful with my devices, never dropped a single phone in 12yrs. It was also really diificult to onsell, expect to take a bit loss because people are rightfully cautios about the reliability of folding phones.

    Just got the flip 5 + 2 cases, screen protector and wireless charger for $1177 through laybuy. If WINTER2023 still worked would have been even cheaper! (I paid all upront but theres an option to pay something like $300 upront and the rest over 5 weeks)

        Screen size (sweet spot) and small price difference over S9 on the AIA EPP store.5G models had 25% off RRP and were only ~$50 dearer than their Wi-Fi counterparts.

        Only THANKYOU30 code worked.

    FYI: The pre-reg $100 voucher code looks to be working now.
    I didn't have a members 10% special code even though I have the app but I still placed the order through for the Flip 5 so all up $1366 including several accessories, and still happy with that :)

      It seems to be an Evoucher, ie you have to use it during your current purchase, so that's how you get $400 evouchers to use. It will show in the discounts applied box as well.

      The Laybuy discount appears at the final step of payment option, if you choose the LayBuy button it will then apply a 10% discount and you will also get the comment showing about this 10% discount in your discounts granted box.
      You will need to have an account or create a new account with LayBuy company and attach a credit card to it.

    SAMSUNG100 does not work if we add a phone and accessories worth upto 200$, it only applies a marginal 12$ or so. If you add more accessory on top then 100$ gets applied.
    I added Z Flip 5 1879+ (Buds + Screen protector = 312$ value) …1879+12 = 1891. (SAMSUNG100 does not provide 100$ off but rather only 12$) and brings the total to 1879 .Winter2023 does not work either. Hope I am not doing something wrong here.

    I got an email from samsung today with a 10% discount code because I had items left in my cart on the webstore.
    Adding all codes, checkout is showing $1,822.08 for the Fold5, not seeing a laybuy discount.

          Yeah, only worked for the watch though, the watch was $499 - $400 evoucher from the fold and then the -$100 from the samsung100 code, which made it free.

      I was able to. But i wasnt able to make an account myself for some reason.
      Ended up having my wife make a layby account and it worked. Made all the payments in 1 go and then closed the account

                  By process of elimination I tried using each code at a time and found out it was THANKYOU30 code that was causing issues with Laybuy
                  So in nutshell try again with below codes
                  SERVICE15,CRP2023 and 10% off Samsung Members voucher code and select Laybuy as a payment option
                  Now you will be able to proceed with the payment via Laybuy giving you further $200 discount

    I did end up remembering to go back and use the SAMSUNG100 code to get the pre-registration bonus which discounted the tablet by another $50 and some other miscellaneous add-ons. Not the fold 5 though. The price wasn't affected by the SAMSUNG100 code.

          Yeah, sure. I used all the codes listed above along with the samsung members benefits code, except the WINTER2023 one which doesn't work anymore. And i'm not a government employee with a government email address so those are the only 2 codes i couldn't stack. I took ages to choose my order so be aware that when you refresh the page or leave sometimes that SAMSUNG100 code goes away for some reason and needs to be re-applied. I will also note if you use the SAMSUNG100 code before you add add-ons it doesn't work. I added some add-ons to the cart like the tablet and s-pen and then i applied the SAMSUNG100 code which successfully applied.

          The lowest price I could get the s9+ tablet 512gb wifi model for was $850.16. Which is still a massive discount. Look at the link for reference.
          I've included a list of what my successfully applied discounts looked like.

          I see you also wanted the keyboard case for the s9+tablet. I also considered buying it and had a look at the price with the discounts (didn't end up buying it so the laybuy 10% discount wasn't applied which would have subtracted another $20 i think from the $282.61 discounted keyboard case.

              @OBH: I got the fold 5 1TB and in the fold 5 addons i selected the s9+ tablet as an add-on that way. The flip 5 and fold 5 have different evouchers. I ordered the products on computer as well. All the codes stacked fine for me yesterday. You could try entering the codes after you have your basket ready or prior to to selecting products. I think you need a certain threshold of add-ons for the SAMSUNG100 code to work, i don't know how high though. I also don't know what the criteria is for using the CRP2023 code. I did buy $200 worth of add-ons in addition to the s9+ tablet.

              If you are getting a fold 5 1TB have been able to use all the codes listed above (including laybuy and the samsung members discount) the s9+ should display the $850.16 price. Other than that I don't have much further advice, except tinkering around with the add-ons until the CRP2023 and SAMSUNG100 codes work?

                @dicey25: Thanks heaps - it looks like SAMSUNG100 doesn't work if you only have the Tab in your cart - that and CRP2023 didn't seem to work without a phone/watch (which I don't need!) So I don't think I'll be able to get the Tab down to quite as low as you did, but that's such a great price.

          Yeah, basically add the phone and the watch and then enter the four voucher codes above, then the Samsung member code from the app (or see elsewhere in this thread on how to get a new one), then pay with Laybuy. I didn't add the case or the strap, they just got added automatically (no idea why or how, but not going to argue).

    Have noticed that if you try and pre-order just the Watch6 Classic, the $100 eVoucher credit that it advertises it comes with doesn't get applied.
