  Confirmed that you can sign up for an Amazon Prime trial, grab that deal and get the 4 months.
  Subscription Renewal. On 6 November 2023, your Unlimited subscription will not continue

  Can cancel membership straight away under your Amazon music settings.

  Caveat, Amazon AU have locked down the Prime trial to AU customers. You need to use a AU billing address to grab trial. Once done, grab this deal and on the page you then need to manually switch your billing address back to NZ.

  Unfortunately I can't add Amazon Music as a streaming service on my Sonos gear, looks like NZ isn't on the allowed list.

  Signed up to the free prime trial to access the early prime day deals. Had to use a random AU billing address and then manually change at checkout. The promo price was applied and the $50 shipping to nz charge for this particular bulky item was removed.

  The Android app is terrible. Really slow and unreliable, with frequent hangs and skips.

  I used it to listen to podcasts without ads, but a few weeks ago a couple of NZ advertisers started popping up in podcasts, and this week they're inserting bulk US ads. Kinda glad, since I can go back to using apps which don't suck.
