  • Holding out for $3/head average cost

The Warehouse is doing Buy 1 get 1 50% off for Oral-B products, so if you buy 4 toothbrush heads (2 x 2 pack), it works out to $3.4/head if you can price match it.

      • I don't think they are gonna do price match on top of buy 1 get 1 50% off

      Now $15

  • I have receding gumlines and was taught incorrectly when I was young with brushing as hard as I can. This should help with anyone else having issues with their gums and tooth enamel wear. Best to avoid firmer brush heads than soft ones.

  • I had no success with price match :(

    • I legit just done mine. Did you have 1x in your cart rather than multiple?.

I added 1x Oral B pack in my cart got it price matched online and then just added more once it was pricematched

      • Yup only had one in cart.

        • Maybe ask for Anzac hes the one that served me lol

I keep getting this message on their live chat: This item is currently under a multibuy promotion on The Warehouse, so we cannot price match today. Please advise our T&C regarding promotions on our price promise policy:

    https://help.thewarehouse.co.nz/Help/s/article/Price-promise

    • Same here.

    • Yup that's their usual spiel now. Even if you say but I only want one, they still won't do it. I thought it was a limitation of their system where they couldn't overwrite a price, but somebody in this forum has said that it is possible but they won't do it. If you read the terms it specifies it "cannot be combined with any other TWL or competitor’s promotion…" , it doesn't actual say that items under promotion cannot be price matched, it says they can't be combined. To me, it's disingenuous to say it's against the terms. You should still be able to get one at that matched price. I think the problem is that they don't seem to be able to stop you then combining the offer.

  • I just just got an even scarier message from Anzac, who apparently was succesful with this before:

Unfortunately we must inform the following:
We cannot price match items on promotion, and that applies each way, whether it be from competing store or ours.

If you are uncertain of the Price Promise policies, please view here: https://help.thewarehouse.co.nz/Help/s/article/Price-promise

And when I asked for clarification:

It applies both ways, yes. Because we cannot price match to the promotional offer available from competitors either, since their promotion will not be one running with our item at the time.
