    Grip strength is actually the best indicator we have as to how long you're likely to live, so training it casually is a really good idea (lots of falls and the like happen in older age due to not having grip strength).

  There are a couple of air series tent seconds for sale just search seconds and they are there, use the code for a decent discount. Have bought a few of their seconds for friends and the quality is quite good.
