  • I’m guessing it’s 3.0 to 3.0 (or 4.0 to 4.0)? Or could you go from 1TB 3.0 to 2TB 4.0?

    Rant to inzhighi.

    Free Upgrade
Free Upgrade to 2TB SSD with this package , Please Leave a Message ( I would like to free upgrade to 2TB SSD ) Once you buy this PC

In my opinon that is pretty poor approach from a customer perspective.
You only get this deal if you know to ask for it………
otherwise you get bog standard, tough luck if the person buying is a parent, english being a 2nd langague or someone that struggling with reading for whatever reason.

Comes off as thanks for being a customer, too bad you didn't ask otherwise you totally could have gotten this upgrade.

I had a quick browse around the website and didn't really find clear mention of this deal either, unless i clicked on the specific product page.

I am not the targert audiance for this as i am fine with my current PC, but tend to try and keep an eye on stores that i view as having good customer approach.
Having to fight with a store for service or QoL is too much effort rather go somewhere else.

Apologies if not acceptable talking about this here, mods please remove if so.

Also during the purchase the customer doesn't know whether they will receive the upgrade or not, since they have a limit of 5 units per PC package.

Agree that it's a very weird (maybe even sketchy) deal when spending $2000 on a PC.

  • The specs doesn't even list the exact modesl of Mainbaord, Memory, GPU, SSD and PSU.
