  I have this in my Lenovo laptop - 512 GB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe. Would this be a worthwhile upgrade or should I be looking at 2TB? I am under 100gb of space left.

    This review says that it doesn't have a DRam cache on the ssd.

    Although I don't know the importance of having the cache, I guess it would help to have it if you're looking at performance
