Select stores only, but they tell you which ones. Seems to be unlimited uses. I've redeemed it three times, twice at the same store.

    If its available in your area, click on the promotional banner, and it will filter the view of stores to only those participating. Otherwise on the full view it will say "Spend $40 save $15" in the top left corner of the individual store icon. That's the same location where other store specific promotions are marked.

Apparently this only works on Monday and Wednesday 2 to 12pm at selected restaurants according to the agent on chat (can’t confirm this). A Valentine’s Day code that doesn’t work on Valentine’s Day 😏
