    Nah, there's no postage fee, it's free delivery as stated above. Not too sure, but pretty sure it's not rounded.

    No, its charged as $0.01c USD, which is actually rounded up from ~$0.015c to $0.02! If it was cash in store it would be rounded to $0.00.
