      • Not yet, I'll do that homework if this gets honoured. At the moment I've just got a 512gb SATA SSD k had laying about in a cheap enclosure. It works but it's a drive I had issues with on every device it was put in.

        The UGREEN or ORICO adapter off Amazon AU are my go to. But i wouldnt be buying anything till you reveice the SSD, this is certainly a pricing error so a good chance it wont get honoured.

    CL seems to have more than their fair share of pricing errors.

    • They were pretty good about it last time. Cancelled all of my price error orders but then gave me a $25 voucher as a sorry.

    • I used 1TB for 3 years now, best upgrade for any computer. even it is QLC, but who cares, it still got 97% life left after 3 years use.

    • It's an entry level drive from a performance perspective. Would be good as a secondary storage drive or in a USB enclosure. As a primary drive I'd personally want something faster. From a capacity perspective you won't find a better option.

      • For the average user this is super fast. No need for a faster primary drive unless the rest of your system is already top of the line or you do tasks that transfer a lot of data

    Weird, they emailed me later that day to say it was a pricing error and I can either get a refund or pay $175 if I still wanted it. I asked for a refund and I have not heard from them since. This afternoon I got an email saying my order is on it's way. Fingers crossed!

      • Some people might not check their bank account for a refund transaction and presume it will just come through. Be careful.
