      You'll have to link your accounts from those websites to your Amazon Prime account I think. Then it'll give you a code to redeem. Something like that.

      Best course of action is to wait until the deal is active and see what the instructions are then. I haven't used Prime Gaming for a while, so my memory is a bit hazy as to what you are required to do.

        It was easy in the end, just had to click 'claim' on the game in Prime Gaming and it then went through the process of linking the accounts.

        I had issues claiming football the other day, I think it was just too much load at the same time, as it worked a few hours later

        As for Shadow of Mordor. Its still not showing on the home page for me for some reason.

        But the games store page shows it fine and I just redeemed now without issue

                It seems to work fine for me when I try. I signed up for Prime Gaming via Turkey so not sure if that changes anything. Perhaps try using private browsing mode and go via the USA site, or the Turkey site and see if that helps load it?

                    @Lieutenant Pigeon: Unfortunatly I only have prime on one of my Amazon accounts so I can't run through it again to get screenshots or detailed steps. I tried on a non-prime amazon account and it shows me the prompt to signup and get it
                    Heres my suggested troubleshootings steps:
                    1. If you are logged out and browse to the link does it show as a blue CLAIM NOW option?
                    2. Ensure that your VPN etc is all turned off so that you are connecting from an NZ IP
                    3. Try a different browser (firefox vs chrome etc)
                    4. Try in private browsing mode
                    5. Check your amazon account is set to country Australia

        I raised an issue with Amazon, apparently it's a known issue for multiple countries including NZ. just waiting to hear back from them.

          Good luck. Will be interested to know what they say. Lieutenant Pigeon comment below mentioned a new acocunt, so thats probably a good work around. Signup for a free account, free trial. Claim the game. Cancel the trial.

            @Tmurder91: Followed up with them today as still no response or result. Incredibly sassy response that they need more time to fix it. So yeah just make a trial account on a different email and redeem that way.

    It worked, had to jump through many hoops man, make a new Aussie account and everything in between

    What a joke aye, just to claim a game we had to do all this
