    Yeah, early bird isn't showing up so kinda seems pointless.. at casual rates of $55 capped/day it's cheaper to park at somewhere like Victory (in the case of Wynyard) even after 50% is applied to the $55 lol.

  Just tried the website and found there’s an additional online booking fee.
  So the total cost is 50% of the parking fee plus ~$3.45 online booking fee.

  Britomart Carpark is $12 per hour so $6 per hour half price. Downtown Carpark is $4.50 per hour and has heaps of spots available every day
