        Nope, ended up doing click and collect to not risk loosing Buy One Get One 1/2. Also bought enough to use $5 off $50. Ended up with $4.56 per 900ml bodywash.

            • Log into your The Warehouse account (browser preferred)
            • Add x1 body wash to your cart
            • Start live chat
            • Ask for pricematch; give them your account email, link to The Warehouse body wash, link to competitor with better price
            • If they bring up the b1g1hp offer, just say you only want to buy one.
            • Once pricematch is complete, add another to your cart for b1g1hp
            • if you want $5 off $50, need to join TWH MarketClub prior to doing a pricematch. Even better if you’re a new member since you get $5 off $5.01 spend.

      • Make sure you have latest version of the app.

          You can also get a one off $5 signup offer which does have an expiry.
          Generally lasts for a month from when you activated your account.

          However, once you have activated your account you can then opt in to the Market Club offers that come out each week, which this week have included a $5 of $50 as well.
          New offers every Wednesday morning that are good until midnight the following Tuesday.
          Here's this weeks offers that expire tonight.

    How do you price match at TW? I tried by clicking their 'Live Chat' via the app which requires you to fill in name, email, and "describe your problem" then you should be able to tap "chat with an agent" but it doesn't allow me… Am I in the wrong place? Also, probably an obvious answer but I suppose the final amount after all deductions applied including Price Promise should come to $50+ for the $5 off?

      (Re: app live chat) Right place but sounds like there’s an issue with it. Browser is definitely the best option. And yes, if you want to use $5 off $50 in the app (assuming you’ve added the voucher to your account) total needs to be $50 after both the pricematch and b1g1hp.

          Yep login to the same account that you're using in the app. Do the pricematching + adding second product to cart on the browser, then complete the order in the app.

            So before I add second, third etc of the same product for b1g1hp, if I have a few different products I want (so 2 of A, 3 of B, 3 of C for exmaple), can I ask to price match for each product (A, B & C) at the same time, or do I have to restart the live chat for each product?

              @Totto: That I don't have experience in. I guess just give it a go and see what happens? If the same operator denies a second pricematch, say goodbye and try a different operator.
