I’m choosing a new mesh because I finished with orcon and had to return my google wifi (3 pack 1st gen) then I saw this deal.
I understand this is tri band and it should have better performance but it’s not wifi 6. This seems like a good deal but i need some opinions if you disagree or not.
Most likely not a great deal. I have the same one since almost 2 years and very happy with it so far. I think I got it for $350-375 at that time from harvey norman after a price match.
Yes, that tri-band does help. luckily I have both the main & satellite unit plugged to ethernet. But even without it this is a very good mesh.
Though this one is dual band, but it has wifi 6 and newer model so i will with this rather than older model. Do more research and maybe might be able to get a good bargain during boxing day.
