      Tried buying Adidas, Nike, Under Armour but all the items I put into my cart wouldn't let me checkout because of shipping restrictions.

        Ah. I never tried buying these brands (except for trackpants etc) - licensing/geo restrictions are a pain. I used to try and get around this by using YouShop, but since GST was introduced, you'll pay tax on ASOS then send it there and get charged again on the NZ/UK depot.

  These types of discounts happen frequently from ASOS (and The Iconic), so not sure how this is a 'deal'.

  Also to keep in mind, both ASOS and Iconic will regularly bump up their prices when having percentage off deals.

    They do happen often, yes - but 25% and 30% are finally starting to come along more often than before. I've been buying from them for 10 years, so I like to believe I'm pretty familiar with price bumping, and I've never seen it in my purchases.

    Another trick I've learned years ago from an accountant and have used for years: change your store to UK and pay in UK pounds. Once you compare the prices, there's a huge price difference between NZD and GPB. Even with the conversion rates, it's much cheaper. Returns are exactly the same, no difference.

    I don't like the stuff on the Iconic - but again, it's each to their own. Some people wait for these codes to buy something on their wishlist, hence why I posted it.
    Thank you for the warning - but it's not necessary.
