  Time to cash in those points we got from the last promo eh cheapies? I was holding out for a pre-xmas promo to convert them to New World dollars at a better rate, but might just buy them as New World gift cards. I think the $20 gift cards work out better value than $50 cards with this promo - happy to have my math corrected though -

  $50 @ 325pts (this promo) = 6.5pts per dollar
  $20 @ 125pts (this promo) = 6.25 points per dollar
  $5 @ 28pts (old promo) = 5.6pts per dollar

  Worth waiting for chance of 11.6% more value?

    i think we'll get a better deal closer to xmas or q1 next year as end of financial year comes about
    I had mine all reset from the ps5 deal so happy hogging for a while maybe try get another ps5 if they get more in future.

        not so much a deal but more they had in their shop which meant you could get one easy as most scalpers would be unaware

        so grab one and used up all my points giving me a time reset, so I can stack em up again without having to spend bits of it every 3-4 months ( i think points expire after 3yrs?)

  Filtered all items by cheapest and there is a basic set of headphones available for 10 points which you can apply the code to = free!

      I tired this and got the same message so I add a $5 flybuys to NW dollars into the cart and with the code it show 10 points was discounted and $0 to pay for the headphone, but when I hit paid it deduct another 10 flybuys from my account wtf 😢

  By my reckoning, that a flat-rate reduction of about $1.80 (you might value it a little higher or lower yourself) - not exactly a stellar discount :-(

  I'm holding out and hoping for NW Vouchers being discounted again.

    I checked my emails and found the "Swap your Flybuys Points for groceries" promotional email was sent on 18/11/2020.

    28 Points = 5 New World Dollars
    (1 New World Dollar = 1 New Zealand Dollar)

    Interestingly the promotional period was 02/11/2020 to 24/12/2020.
