    The trick is the 10% off is applied at checkout automatically. Not all items get the automatic 10%. Also the code at the top is if your total is $50 or more.

    What coupon are you trying to use?

    None of those codes will work because your order is under $50 and is not dinnerware, toy or book. 10% is taken off at checkout bringing price down to $18.

      Was trying 10% off only. Saw the total come down to $18, but coupon said not applied so thought it's not working. After applying the coupon even if i remove it, the discount remains.

      In a similar vein: if you need some Sistema storage bins, get Warehouse to price promise with Mitre 10, as they're running 50% off at the moment.

      M10 also have 40% off the Click Clack containers, so you could get Briscoes to price beat them by 10%

  I just tried to get a price match online (which they did for me and adjusted the price once logged it and in my cart). But when I added the Giveit codes afterwards, it effectively cancelled the reduction. How can you apply both a price promise discount and stack the Giveit codes? Cheers

    Not sure eh. Have you used these specific giveit codes on your account? I hadn't used them prior to doing the pricematch for the Brother PTH110 label maker. If I were to do it now, it wouldn't work. Could that be what is happening to you? Otherwise I wonder if the 10% off discount is causing an issue. Wouldn't have a clue outside of those two scenarios.

      Ok thanks Wakrak - will try again later. I think what might have happened is that I changed the quantity to add another after the price promise reduction applied, which might have affected it.

        Yeah,

        Always make sure you have the correct quantitiy before you ask for price promise/match.
        don't change anything on the price promise after they applied discount, you'll loose it, becuase they don't applied a % per item discount they calc the difference it seems and apply that lump amount.
        Also Don't cancel out from a Zip transaction you'll also lose your cart
