It’s a shame. Mightyape used to have some great deals - ever since Kogan brought them it’s gone down hill.

Right?! I had a 32" TV on my wishlist - it started at $299, then went to $339 and now is $369 - I can only assume they put the price up because they added the Kogan brand one at $349.

Add to that the fact that they now have a $10 minimum for free shipping means I'm not planning on using them once my current subscription ends.

Yeah! Their daily deals are a waste of time now as well :(

    • in auckland shipping was $3.90 now its $4.50 :(

NZ Post raised their prices recently

        • True but Mightyape pays annual rate, doesn’t really apply to them.

          • @Zehal: Maybe the price of cardboard boxes went up. Or sellotape

            • @Foodie: Actually, it’s most likely went up at the start of April as min wage has increased, that’s the only thing that makes logical sense

              • -1

@Zehal: Keep forgetting about that.. but so many people say raising minimum wage doesn't raise prices…

                • @Foodie: I know McDonald’s menu raises because of this. Can’t say the same for other stores.

  • Nice, I need another Xbox Series controller. They're discounted right now too, so it comes out to $82.50 shipped for white or black. Or do I pre-order the neon yellow one for $21 more…

  • thank you

Mightyape have gone to utter crap recently with their pricing.

    • Haven't they always been that way? I've only ever bought 2-3 times from them because of their high prices

      • +1

Nah, I till very recently did probably an order+ per week.

        Have noticed it big time.

I stopped buying after they relocated from Albany. I used to do pickups from there. Now with shipping, just ain't worth it. I hope that Gameplanet former owner got a decent price from Kogan.
