    Can you buy melatonin? I thought it was prescription only in NZ as I've been wanting to get some for ages

      Prescription only in NZ and at 1mg strength. Non funded also so its about $70 for 30 tablets.

      Iherb used to ship to NZ but this was stopped middle of last year ish.

      It is seen as a herbal remedy in UK/US and Australia. There are other sites you can buy from that ship to NZ but being a prescription medication then it comes at your risk.

        Wow, you pay a lot for a smaller dose than I do - with my prescription I get 30 x 3mg for $22 at my pharmacy. However, I recently bought two bottles of 200 3mg doses from Vitacost that arrived to me with no problem.

      Vitacost.com has a few that it will send to NZ, but some are blocked. Customs has never caught it, but if they did you just need to ask your doc for a script. It works quickly and is much better than any other prescription sleep aid. Doesn't leave you groggy in the am.

        Just tried to order Melatonin from Vitacost and it now says "Certain products cannot be shipped to the destination country you have selected"

  I just let the Missus choose what we're watching on telly if I want to fall asleep quickly, a few minutes of Bridgerton and I'm out like a light.
